Job Purpose

The Account Executive is responsible to work alongside and support the integrated team leaders with strategy and execution, and interfacing with clients regularly about their business needs. 



Client Relationship


  • Attend and participate in internal and client meetings
  • Provide conference reports for all meetings for internal and client reference
  • Manage client expectations and feedback throughout the project life cycle


Operation Management


  • Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s company, category and consumer segments to define opportunities to advance the business
  • Follow, interpret and provide reporting on category and competitive trends internally and for clients
  • Contribute strategic input related to the brand to help internal teams deliver the highest caliber of strategy and creative possible
  • Execute flawlessly projects to help the agency and brands achieve short and long-term goals
  • Provide creative feedback throughout development process based on thorough knowledge of brand

Financial Management / Wellbeing

  • Analyze sales data to understand performance and identify opportunities
  • Monitor and report on competitive and industry landscapes
  • Maintain brand budgets and allocate funds appropriately given business objectives
  • Assist Finance with billing and client invoicing


  • Coordinating with project teams on schedules, requirements, goals and assignment
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams


BA/BS in the following field: communications, marketing, advertising

Skills and Competencies

  • 2 years’ experience in account management in an agency setting
  • Demonstrate highest level of customer service
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Possesses highly developed communication, presentation, project and program management skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and prioritize large workloads
  • Strong analytical thinking capabilities
