As a CRM Marketing Administrator, you will predominantly be handling the Salesforce and Eloqua systems, ensuring smooth marketing analysis for the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Salesforce requirements:

Daily administration and support of Salesforce including, sharing rules, profiles, roles, groups, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.

  • Setup new users based on roles and profiles
  • Assist users with basic training
  • Deactivate users as requested
  • Develop and create customized views, reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Setup and manage lead queue’s
  • Manage system integration with other technologies
  • Notify users of system updates

Eloqua requirements:

  • Perform Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Administration tasks such as user management.
  • Notify users of system updates
  • Manages Eloqua licenses
  • Evaluate new product releases, add-on applications and supporting trends to improve and optimise marketing team performance
  • Educate business on new functionality available in the platform
  • Manage platform integrations
  • Maintain a list of all active landing pages and microsites
  • Domain management for any Eloqua pages
  • Manage and test tracking scripts where necessary
  • Platform security maintenance
  • Manages the technical components of the preference centre
  • Extract database health reports
  • Testing campaign form and landing pages are all tracking and routing correctly
  • Advanced editing and form processing set up
  • Ensuring progressive profiling is working and set up correctly
  • Understanding how blind form submits work
  • Create landing pages
  • Setup and maintain lead scoring model
  • Log and track support requirements via Oracle Help Centre
  • Manage relationship with Technical Account Manager

Education and experience

  • SFDC Administration certification
  • Eloqua certification
  • 2 + years working experience in Salesforce and Eloqua

Salary: R30 - 40 000
