  • Analyse and research customer data, market trends and previous Marketing activities to direct activities
  • Website content management and coordination
  • Develop and execute 360-degree Advertising and Marketing strategies across all Digital channels to achieve business objectives
  • Develop, manage and optimise the search engine Marketing campaigns including AdWords and Display to drive traffic to the website
  • Develop, manage and optimise the online Marketing campaigns that support the business Marketing objectives e.g. banner advertising
  • Design, optimise and brief all email content and data mining requirements to drive email traffic to the website
  • Coordinate and optimise the Social Media content and Advertising Strategy in accordance with the business strategies
  • Develop, brief and manage all the Digital Advertising and Marketing requirements
  • Develop, execute and manage affiliate and referral programs to drive traffic to the website
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Digital Marketing campaigns and actions

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma in Marketing
  • Prior experience & track record in Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Change readiness (given the changing nature of Digital)
  • Experience in working in a cross functional team and managing external vendors to deliver objectives
  • Strong analytics skills; exposure to Marketing Analytics
  • Willingness to travel
