We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic junior to mid-weight Digital Media Campaign Manager at a full-service media agency’s Cape Town office. The agency boasts a diverse range of top tier brands. We’re looking for someone organised, strategic and passionate about Digital Media. Is it you?


  • Translating of the media plan/ strategy into a Digital campaign by ensuring the correct dates, targeting, budgets, objectives, placements etc are being applied
  • Request creative material from creative agency and check all creative material against the CM or Chase list
  • Ensure the campaign goes live on time
  • Traffic creative to media owners, publishers and platform with flighting instructions
  • Upload material onto: AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager or Yonder SnapChat / Twitter / Adynamo, other publisher platforms
  • Create and add UTM tags or similar to creative and flighting instructions
  • Load UTM’s into Google Analytics and monitor this throughout the campaign
  • Continual tracking and optimisation of campaigns and creative (daily and weekly as required) to ensure your campaign spends its budget and delivers on the KPI’s
  • Track all your campaigns in one document to ensure there is one view for status updates
  • Pulling of reports on a regular basis and check performance from media owners / platforms
  • Compilation of data for reports from various source formats and media owners and collating into agency templates and formats
  • Saving and filing of all reports and into relevant folders while adhering to naming conventions
  • Provide launch reports in a timeous fashion with screen shots and proof of flighting
  • Providing timely interim reports (as agreed with client) and then final reports at end of campaign or as needed
  • Put together the digital chase list based on the media plan done by the strategist / planner


The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Marketing degree or similar industry relevant qualification
  • AdWords Certification, Facebook Accreditation, Google Analytics Accreditation
  • At least 1-year minimum PPC experience
  • Industry experience as a media buyer and planner.
