There is a role open in Cape Town and in Johannesburg.
- 4 – 6 years’ digital strategy experience – agency background
- Lateral minded and creative
- Critical thinker – curious, questioning, analytical
- Knowledgeable and current on popular culture and trends
- Digitally savvy – able to leverage digital platforms and social media for insights
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Influencer – able to tell and sell a story
- Strong MS Office and Keynote
- Deadline driven
- Lead digital thinking and drive inspiration across the agency group
- Understand the target market in order a to draw a clear picture for the client and agency team
- Apply insights from different sources (marketing, business, consumer, cultural, social, political, digital, data and brand) to shape brand development and ideation
- Provide clear and compelling creative direction through persuasive, inspiring briefs and messaging hierarchies
- Stay current and connected to popular culture: trends, insight and foresight
- Develop brand ideas, positioning and value propositions (in collaboration with the broader team)
- Assisting the strategy department in research and gathering of information on both new and current business
