The role is based in Cape Town.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Marketing Qualification
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Assistant/Account Manager
  • Strong financial acumen – experience working with budgets, costings and forecasting
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a culture of team work, ensuring that both the team & Studio are implementing effective & timely communications by applying agreed processes and procedures
  • Directing of quotations and costs
  • Production & project management timeframes
  • Successfully implement company policy
  • Directing and where applicable, managing the entire company portfolio and expansion of new portfolios
  • Responsible for reporting to board members and shareholders
  • Directing and development of strategic plans relating to
    • Business strategy and operations
    • Financial performance
    • Business growth and expansion
    • Business growth (in unison with the Business Strategy above)
    • New business opportunity assessment together with CEO
    • Organic growth from existing Clients (Financial and Strategic)
  • Building and maintaining an effective management team
  • Controlling finances
  • Manage and direct project SOW in line with project budget
  • Manage and direct associated project costs and expenses
  • Direct and manage Client relationships in accordance to agreed Client Relationship Strategy
  • Direct project status meeting (internal and external)
  • Direct project timeframes
