We’re looking for an expert in Brand and Communications planning, a clear thinker and a great storyteller. This role will afford you the chance to work across a portfolio of fabulous FMCG, alcoholic, food and lifestyle brands together with new age web and block chain innovators. Your experience in Communications, Marketing and the know how to integrate Digital into the mix will set you apart. The ideal candidate is clear-headed and loves defining problems and finding the right solutions. The agency boasts a different structure where the Strategist leads client relationships in partnership with the Creative Director, so you’ll need to have confidence in interacting with senior clients.   • Develop an understanding of the client’s business environment and strategy. 
  • Conduct desktop and field research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop various types of brand and communications strategies.
  • Write compelling creative briefs.
  • Lead the creative to the creatives.
  • Present insights and communications strategies
  • Keep abreast of emerging behaviors, marketing trends, technologies, and categories.
  • Develop strong client relationship to build trust.
  • Select appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in solving client problems. 


The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Relevant Diploma/Degree
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in advertising / marketing
  • Good communications and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with having direct contact with clients.
  • Able to work with different communications strategy frameworks.
  • Fluent in digital, content and social strategies.
  • Capable in PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • A storyteller.
