  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the property industry and actively seek opportunities for further account development 
  • Actively assist in best practices within the agency process 
  • Evaluate creative work and provide constructive comments in line with the client needs and requirements 
  • Have the ability to take a concise and clear brief on all new projects 
  • Foster highly functional partnerships with the in-house creative team 
  • Effectively sell the creative product to the client 
  • Keep abreast of marketing/advertising and brand-specific trends in order to offer added-value to the client/creative product 
  • Business development
  • Excellent presentation skills and provide senior representation and strategic support to clients 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts in all aspects (including financial processes and profitability) with guidance from directors
  • Responsible for overseeing and guiding the client brand strategy and tactics 
  • Alert to changes in the clients’ marketplace 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at any given time 
  • Responsible for the team forecast and attaining revenue and profitability targets 
  • Work on the overall performance at any given point in time throughout year and ensure client work is completed within budget by project – and provide ongoing reporting on budget standing 
  • Know the details of project costing (working with the Production Manager) 
  • Establish priorities and contribute to agency goal prioritisation 
  • Support strategic direction and desired culture of agency 

Salary: R25 - 30 000
