We’re looking for someone with the gift of the gab, and the ability to sell flavoured ice to Eskimos. The ideal candidate has relevant agency experience and is able to spot an opportunity the minute they see it.   • Manage the 3 different internal sub-agencies for the client
  • Be the go-to-person for the client for any/all project/brief update
  • Identify which part of the business should work on the given brief
  • Manage the client’s budget & billing with exceptional accuracy
  • Manage the projects within the company
  • Update client through a single status report, summarizing all work in the system for them
  • Identify opportunities from corridor-chats with the client
  • Become the person who pops up without them realizing that they need you
  • Be available to the client when required (within business hours & reason)
  • Deliver projects on time, or alternatively, manage client effectively around this
  • Work from both your office desk as well as in a coffee shop
  • Prioritise often clashing projects meaning saying yes to one brand manager might mean saying no to a trade manager
  • Learn the internal operating systems & personalities of the 3 divisions within the company
  • Understand the bigger picture when that often means motivating people who only deliver on short term briefs


The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Relevant Marketing qualification
  • 4 years’ relevant agency experience
  • Able to write a good, concise brief
  • Able to manage client budgets & billing requirements with the skill of an accountant
  • Able to manage a very large corporate client (with many individual clients within)
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, all at different points in their respective development cycle
  • The skill to manage a broad/diverse range of work to meet the needs of your client (Product design, TTL Marketing & Digital Development)
