A leading financial institution, based in Cape Town has a very exciting opening for a Senior Manager: Brand Integration. We’re looking for an analytical and innovative individual who is a real strategic thinker to integrate the group’s Brand and Marketing strategies. This fantastic role calls for someone who has the ability to influence at a senior management level; someone who can lead the way for the development and implementation of group’s Brand and Marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Interpretation and integration of group Brand and Marketing strategy across the group
  • Influence at senior management level to ensure strategic buy-in and application of the Strategy at group level
  • Brand and Marketing governance across the group
  • Develop and implement of a measurement metric for Brand and Marketing campaigns to measure Return on Investment (ROI) in a consistent manner across the group
  • Managing the development and implementation of group Brand and Marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring that the brand is integrated in communication both on group and business level by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders

 

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Relevant 3 year Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years Marketing experience in corporate and agency environments
  • Proven track record in implementing successful Brand and Marketing strategies/campaigns
  • Relevant experience in Media and Creative agency management and partnership
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, highly complex through-the-line campaigns
  • Demonstrated business and presentation skills
  • Marketing Return on Investment (ROI) measurement
