We’re looking for that special drive to understand consumers first and to connect the information to find the perfect insight, and then the interpersonal flair to drive the insight through the creative process to delivery.
At a senior level, this person would also be adding value by making sure briefs are robust where necessary, guiding more junior strategic colleagues in refining and packaging their ideas, and working with Creative Directors to sell our ideas and capabilties in pitches and capability training, both locally and sometimes abroad.
