We have a fantastic job opportunity for a dynamic Account Director at a fabulous BTL agency in Johannesburg. This well-established agency is on the lookout for a motivated Account Director who prizes relationships above all else and has a passion for getting great work done in an ever-changing environment. In this exciting role you will work on an anchor client’s fast-paced, innovative digital financial offering. Previous financial services/retail banking experience is advantageous, knowledge of digital and TTL strategy a must. We’re looking for a candidate who is accustomed to the pace and pressure of BTL and Corporate.
Please note that this role is remote for now – but you must reside in JHB and be available for meetings when required.
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- A minimum of 8-10 years in an agency environment, predominantly BTL
- A minimum of 3 years in an Account Director role with a solid understanding of Digital
- B2B/Corporate Marketing and agency experience
- Sound understanding of Digital and Integrated Marketing
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in working with a large client team
- Courage under fire
