Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to a large base of clients
  • Troubleshoot and assist with technical queries
  • Track and diagnose problems and come up with viable solutions
  • Communicate with all relevant teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in the support of domain and email
  • Assist and track admin and tech requests
  • Meet deadlines and SLA requirements to minimize downtime

Requirements

  • Proficient in WordPress CMS and plugins such as WooCommerce
  • Previous digital agency experience is a must
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience in client service
  • Excellent problem solver and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary: R15 - 20 000
