Responsibilities
  • Proactively sharing ideas for new campaigns – and optimisation to current campaigns – with the ADs and senior team. Presenting back to the client to generate success
  • Leading building of Accelo plans – and ensuring they are created on time. Closing all relevant projects/tasks at the end of each month/campaign
  • Logging time in Accelo every 2 days maximum
  • Checking time each month logged by others
  • Ensuring client strategy and timings remain on track
  • Ensuring briefs are created and effectively managed
  • Reporting of client hours used vs budget to AD
  • Building and reviewing campaign builds in HubSpot/CMS before going live
  • Quality checking all work – for accuracy from different departments
  • Flagging any dangers with ADs early. Proactive with suggestions for resolutions
  • Reporting to clients each week on work in progress and results with analysis monthly
  • Reporting metrics into AD – with solutions and the ‘so what’
  • Proactively scope up-sell projects with clients
  • Continued learning – HubSpot/other certificates
  • Leading stand-ups – ensuring teams are prepared for days ahead
  • Nurturing AE with a clear development plan for their career path.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Relevant qualification
  • HubSpot experience – preferred
  • Accelo experience – preferred
  • CMS experience – preferred
  • Strong agency/content marketing background – ideal
