Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Planning

  • Drive the optimised customer engagement strategy across all digital platforms
  • Work with team and digital agency to drive strategies that secure a robust and aggressive Top Funnel approach for brand impact and awareness
  • Develop intelligence and access to their community online
  • Develop strategies for acquisition, expansion, and retention of customers, driving loyalty, advocacy and spend
  • Work with digital agency to drive maximum success strategies through conversion and sales
  • Grow the CRM platform and communication strategies with firm focus on KPI’s and measured ROI
  • Manage the budget for all consumer engagement spend.

Content, Calendar, and Community Management

  • Liaise with internal product and brand teams for right content to the right customer at the right time
  • Create and maintain content management campaign planning calendars, with allocated spend and results tracking
  • Review user-generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
  • Respond to comments, when appropriate, to build positive communities and add value to users’ experience
  • Enforce Social Media guidelines defined by the brand and elevate internal understanding
  • Use analytics and/or social listening tools to generate insights to create actionable reports that lead to optimisation
  • Monitor all platforms for emerging crises and opportunities for agile Content.

Campaign planning and implementation

  • Ensure brand right messaging to focused performers across all channels
  • Ensure the maximised customer engagement strategies withing the mix (the efficient planning and execution) of Web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, Social Media and display advertising campaigns
  • Work with influencers, brand athletes and 3rd party Digital communities to maximise opportunities in the Digital space
  • Partner with teams through the content creation process, contributing with ideas and assuring alignment to strategic direction
  • Management of the digital communication channels such as newsletters, SMS, WhatsApp etc.

Reporting and Digital Intelligence

  • Use analytics and/or social listening tools to generate insights to create actionable reports that lead to optimisation
  • Monthly reports for both local business and global brand feedback
  • Budget planning and cost analysis management.                  

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Tertiary education: Marketing/Advertising Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in strategic Digital Marketing
  • CRM & database management experience
  • Technical CRM knowledge
  • Strong understanding of brands
  • Experience in creating and managing content across channels to drive engagement
  • An analytical approach marketing success
  • Eat, sleep, live, breath Digital & Customer
  • In depth knowledge of Digital and Social Media monitoring tools
  • Driven to set and achieve ambitious KPIs and measure ROI
  • Creative thinker
