We have an exciting, remote job opportunity for a dynamic mid-weight Integrated Digital Project Manager at a leading, integrated communications agency based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. The Integrated Digital Project Manager position is responsible for the overall project planning, implementation, execution and management of all digital projects and campaigns. In this exciting role you will identify, secure, and build trusted and loyal client relationships by exceeding client expectations in offering digital solutions, service excellence and delivering cutting edge strategic best Digital Project Management practices aligned to the Vision and Values of the agency. We’re looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure, individually and in a team. You need to be a mover and a shaker: intuitive, flexible, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

  • Daily and monthly management of all projects, campaigns, accounts, financials, and client relationships
  • Campaign and client retainer management and monthly reporting of hours and finances.
  • Growing business scope with existing clients whilst being proactive in presenting new ideas and campaigns to achieve such business growth.
  • Supporting direct Mentees and overseeing their daily workload and use of internal systems.
  • Managing and developing campaign timeline, workshops, schedules and budgets. Project management and any executional deliverables that are allocated to your position.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Aligning the campaigns to the strategic intent as approved by client and managed within budget.
  • Collectively ensuring within the POD that the campaigns and budgets KPIs/ROI are met.
  • Post campaign reporting and identification of areas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Tertiary qualification in Digital and Social Media, Project Management and Communications Industry
  • Previous experience in an advertising agency environment – essential
  • Technical Digital Knowledge
  • +5-10 years’ experience in related field
  • Leadership Experience – Mentorship and leadership experience in leading self, others, and clients
  • Evidence of self & social emotional awareness, positivity, flexibility, impulse control & empathy
  • IT Skills & Proficiency
  • G Suite, Advanced MS Office, Workbook
  • Understanding of WordPress, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics. Website development – advantageous
