We are looking for an organized Sales and Marketing Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our client’s solutions and to create competitive advantages for the company in the market. The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product and solutions awareness by observing the market, competitors and industry trends. The Sales and Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, developing innovative policies and campaigns, creating engaging advertisements, promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, improving visibility on social medias and industry associations and meeting marketing and sales objectives. The Sales and Marketing Manager’s responsibilities includes leading the digitization of the sales process, the content management, the data analytics as well as the implementation of sales KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing day-to-day sales, implementing data analytics and sales KPIs to better understand the market and increase market shares.
  • Promoting the company’s brands and introducing new products and solutions.
  • Understanding customers needs and requirements to cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
  • Working with the executive team to set the maketing strategy and budget for the business.
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitor to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Leading innovative marketing campaigns, tracking effectives and reporting findings to the executive team.
  • Improve visibility on social medias, industry associations and delivering qualitative content.
  • Leading the digitization of the sales process to improve effectiveness, customer satisfaction and achieve excellence.
  • Developing and implementing a data management strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong sales and marketing skills: digital tools, sales platforms, social media, brand management, CRM
  • Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Understanding of how to interpret data and make decisions based on data analysis
  • Accountable, results driven and committed to success in a competitive environment while maintaining integrity
  • People management and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
