We have a fabulous, fully remote opportunity for a mid-weight Social Media Personal Brand Copywriter at a UK based B2B agency. We’re looking for a talented copywriter who demonstrates exceptional creation and ideation abilities for LinkedIn content.

You will be tasked with writing and posting on behalf of senior leaders in the market with an aim of growing their networks, generating engagement, opening conversations and to help drive sales.

In this role, you will ensure that the frameworks and work streams set out by the Lead Copywriter are followed. Furthermore, you must be willing to take the initiative, be process driven and, above all, instil creativity across all output. Ideally, you have worked for a content agency writing blogs, newsletter, web, and social copy and are familiar with LinkedIn.

  • Write original copy
  • Write to client’s tone of voice so that deliverables are consistent
  • Work across multiple clients in a number of industries
  • Comfortable working with clients directly
  • Have knowledge of best practices, particularly LinkedIn
  • Continued learning and development
  • Create engaging LinkedIn post copy that can go out from our clients personal LinkedIn profile
  • Maintain consistency across various deliverables for clients, ensuring a consistent tone of voice
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities, and willingness to help more junior members of staff to improve their copy skills
  • Be ready to rise to any challenging brief with a keen eye for detail, and strive to deliver the sharpest, most engaging, and compelling copy
  • Deliver work on time and within time allocated
  • Champion the Personal Branding methodology.

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working for a content or digital agency – essential
  • Very familiar with LinkedIn
  • Conceptual thinker with a passion for processes and efficiency
  • Experience working to tight deadlines on multiple clients – a must
  • Efficient and enthusiastic
  • Positive attitude, coachable, motivated
  • Detail-oriented, with tenacity
  • Organised
  • Solid communication skills
  • Intelligent and solutions-minded
  • Team player able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to work full remotely.
