A full-service outsourced IT provider with a specific focus and expertise on Cloud solutions is looking for a Helpdesk Manager to maintain the highest level of customer support.

You will be responsible for leading the technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.

As a Help desk manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position.

The role is remote in – be able to work from home.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Ability to run a team
  • Proficiency working with triage
  • Proficiency in management reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading the help desk team
  • Recruiting, training and supporting help desk representatives and technicians
  • Managing SLA’s
  • Managing helpdesk system as a whole
  • Dealing with client issues with excellence
  • Management reporting
